THE FUNCTION events may be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded. When recording is planned, we may provide notice through event materials, registration terms, signage or announcements.

Photographs or recordings may be used for editorial, archival, promotional or marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and any separate event terms or releases.
